BLAC, Inc announces Charlie Christian International Music Festival 2024

Anita Arnold, Executive Director of Black Liberated Arts Center (BLAC), Inc., announced that the 2024 Charlie Christian International Music Festival (CCIMF) will kick off at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 23, at the Oklahoma City Hall Council Chambers, located on the third floor of 200 N. Walker Avenue, where Mayor David Holt will proclaim May 31 – June 1, 2024 as “Charlie Christian International Festival Week” in Oklahoma City. Morris McCraven & Friends will provide a musical prelude to the festival lineup. Doors open at 8:00 a.m., the public is welcome and admission is free.

The 2024 CCIMF will be held at the Bryant Event Center, 2200 North Bryant Avenue in Oklahoma City for two days of festival fun on Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1, 2024. Save the dates for this festival of headliners, featuring Saxophonist Grady Nichols, Vocalist Chanda Graham, Guitarist Jabee Williams, Violinist Paula Carter, Musician Jeffrey Smith, Guitarist Maurice Johnson, and more!
